3. Sourcing: Attract potential candidates through proactive sourcing methods such as employee referrals, networking, and recruitment agencies.

4. Screening: Review resumes, cover letters, and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job criteria.

5. Interviewing: Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.

6. Selection: Select candidates to proceed to the next stage based on their performance in the interviews and alignment with job requirements.



Selection Process:
